my last one measured small and was over 10 pounds at birth! i had to unfortunately (or fortunately) deliver him vaginally as he came so fast. is your doc worried? if not........you shouldn't be either. fundal height is a guesstimate, not a science. relax girl..........every baby is different and if my babies were right on with their fundal i would have had two extremely small-for-gain babies and one 15 pounder. my babies actually ranged from 7 to just over 10 and all were healthy and perfect. if your doc isn't worried..........you shouldn't be either.
best wishes love...........

not everyone is off, I measure perfect dead on this pregnancy and they tell me by ultrasound she is Bigger than my last.... but i measured small with my first by about 3 cm and she was 20 inches 7.4 pounds. It could be his positioning, if he is all balled up, your uterus , or your fluid levels. Nothing saying the baby is not ok... you will be fine, listen to the dr if he is concerned then you should be as well if he isnt then I would say that you ar eporbabky fin e

Its such an old school way of measuring, do not worry about it at all....babies tend to go in spurts..so ur at 25 now, but may double by ur next visit if u got at 31- u might be 32. if docs not worried, don't u stress urself.

your baby is fine every baby and pregnancy is different, if your doctor is not worried then you should not be. if you get to stressed out about it talk to your doc asap because stress is one of the worst things for the baby

Everyone's off. that's not a very scientific measurement. Don't worry about it-- you're fine!
