Marriage to the right person will increase love, trust, respect....etc. What kills marriage, on the other hand, are people that start off with no love and respect for the person they are with.

If you're with someone, marry them, and the love and respect disappear, it wasn't there in the first place. Problem today is, people mess up the words love and lust.

Yup, sure does. The marriage contract creates a false sense of security that allows people to feel comfortable to be lazy in their relationship with their spouse. Acts of love turn to expectations which are demands and no longer received like a gift, but more like a payment.
