Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaa once a year should be fine. And then only on Christmas.

You don't really have to shower everyday, and if you do you don't necessarily need to soap down and shampoo since daily treatment can actually be detrimental to your skin and hair health, but once a week is pretty nasty IMO. I would feel too gross by the end of day 2.

if you want lots of friends - shower daily.
if you want 2 or more friends - shower twice a week
if you want 1 friend - shower 1 time a week
if you want 0 friends - take 0 showers.
