Is jus like to say that black guy have a donkey you know what... seems to me that has to do with the race some were lucky some others did not, even though may be some Chinese or Japanese guy that don't have it small the vast mayority do.

I didn't realise this was an ordinary topic of conversation. As for the reality - I've had numerous ethnic Chinese and Japanese as patients, and on average they are as well-endowed as any other ethnic or racial group on the planet. Um - haven't you anything better to think about? If not, I've a suggestion: join the Army...

Well, following the "L" rule, they should be quite... 'big', but the fact is they'r not! I havent cn many, but the ones ive seen are like, quite tiny.
Probably this is not the same for all chinese-japanese men, for sure some of them have to use XL pyjamas! But i think its one of those 'race things' (and i dont want to sound racist). Just like africans are the best runners, and things like that!
Anyway, its not such a big deal, as long as the unlucky chinese-japanese know how to use them! ;)

Japan was against the US in WW II
Germany was against the US in WW II -they had the Arian Race Ideal (we countered with Blonde jokes).

I've seen big you-know-whats, small you-know-whats, and medium you-know-whats. And you know what? You don't know what I'm talking about. I certainly don't.
But seriously, it's because the women's counterpart you-know-what is also sized very small. I'm a caucasian man with a big you-know-what that's had an Asian women with a small you-know-what, and she exploded when I stuck it in. Poor thing. I miss her.

Its just a stereotype...but usually stereotypes are usually correct but just not always true. same goes for why everyone think black have big "youknowhats" it may be true most of the time but not always.
