As Bill Engval (sp) points out, why do they have to warn you not to use preparation H orally? Why did McD's lose a law suit because they did not have a warning contents of this cup may be hot on their coffee cups. Some people are complete idiots and will use their stupidity to leach off of companies. Therefore they assume that you are a complete and total moron to protect them from being sued.
In fact, can you imagine, someone must have taken those and went driving somewhere and fell asleep. Then sued the maker of the pills.
Attorney: My client has the intellectual aptitude of a rock therefore, did not understand that if he took these pill he would fall asleep. He was under the assumption that these would help him fall asleep when he wanted to not when he took them. If it please the court, I would like to have an IQ test done on my client to prove that he is dumb enough to do such a thing. Heck he was dumb enough to sign a contract providing me with 60% of his settlement.
