My friends and I are going to Vegas in February for a 4 day weekend and we need to book our hotel room today. We are a fun bunch...all females looking for the best hotel. We are looking for a young crowd with clubs and fun things going on. We don't have a price range. Some have said that certain hotels have primarily families or older people. Any suggestions?

I would stay at the Luxor, wild rooms and just opened a great night club. Plus you are next door to Mandalay Bay with its night club.
There is NO casino that is for families though Circus Circus has arcade areas, etc. And when you speak of "old folks" they don't stay out late for those night clubs that don't open until after 10 p.m.

The strip is great if you just want to gamble, but some of the coolest properties are just off the strip - check out the Palms, its got the best nightlife, and its definitley one of the places to see and be seen - usually loads of celebrities, and the "ghostbar" on the 55th floor is a must see when you are in Vegas - its one of the best nightlife spots in town. If money isnt really a big deal for you, check out the Fantasy tower, some of the suites are amazing.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. Try Treasure Island, Planet Hollywood, or Mandalay are great hotels for ladies of your age group. Circus Circus is another one. Check out Vegas.com for more info on all hotels.

Ceasers is good. a great club and you have the fourm shops.
but, if you really want to have fun, stay at the Palms because they have 4 awesome clubs and it's alot of people your age. It's off the strip but only about 1/2 mile.

Mandalay Bay, The Luxor and Excalibur all share the same tram system. Seems like there's something for everyone there. Shopping, high-end gambling, sports books, Dick's Last Resort, some fancy bars...
