Well, not really because I don't want to lose the clients, but I work in a Software company. If I worked in a bank or store, I'd pray for a good fight! Especially those low-class, loud, crass, mierable clients who complain about everything!

My clients cant get to my boss, so they just yell at me. Then when they do have an opportunity to speak with him, they get scared and shut up. Then they come back the next day and yell at me again. My boss is a judge, so no one yells at him for fear of going to jail for 10 days.

My clients fight with anyone. Especially in the EMI unit. One gentleman actually punched our boss once. We'd been telling her about his violence for months (I'm a BIG lass and he had me by the throat one day); he was quickly shipped out.

He always talks on the speaker phone untill someone
drops the f bomb and calls him a A Hole.
I ussaly have to get up and leave my cube.
