For what that little wimp got away with on Biron and then goes to the bench and smirks about it was unbelievable. That was a death sentence to do in Philly, and to count on someone like Laraque to protect him, well that's just as stupid. Someone might want to tell Laraque that's he's playing hockey and not baseball, Biron's a goalie not a catcher.

I got to see Jeff Carter play his major junior hockey and when he played he was a goal scorer. To see him bull rush that one penguin in a fight last night (Dec 11th) was unbelievable. Wow, never would have thought of all people Carter would have done that. He would have been one of the last ones to do that, well actually Briere, but anyways for anyone to say that the Flyers are going to forget this, you're only fooling yourselves and have not paid attention to this game for that long. The Broad Street Bullies are back. As for the powers that be (Bettman and his cronies) as long as the Flyers are putting fans in the seats, I don't think any amount of money (fining will be going the way of buffalo) is going to quell the Broad Street Bullies.

I hope so. Biron was my favorite player of all time until he was traded to Philly, and Crosby just grinds my gears for some reason. The Great One would have never pulled that crap.

HA HA You really think he has not dealt with jealous people all his life like you Philly fans are It has happened since he has been young. Just because you would love to have him and never will you say all these things about him. He is such a great person off the ice and well as the most skilled on it too. He barely touched Biron he was the one that dove on that Laraque did hit him and was not right but look how Hatcher treated 87 last year no different. SO if Crosby can play with losing teeth last year from Hatcher I think Biron could get over Crosby touching his leg get real and act like real adults it is hockey not figure skating.

I would prefer that instead of retaliating against Crosby, the Flyers go and beat the Pens every time for the rest of the year.
I'm still trying to figure out if SC did that tripping move intentionally. No doubt that Biron was also doing a little embellishing.

If you think the NHL will stand by and let the Flyers beat up the league's poster boy in a targeted attempt for revenge you must need crack rehab.
I love the rivalry and all but running your mouth to the point of stupidity is both annoying and inane. Are you twelve?

The flyers are all a bunch of *******. Philly is just jealous that they don't have any good players, so they try and take out any good players that come to town. Ben Eager got his *** whipped by his daddy, so sad. When was the last time Philly has won anything? lets try and remember... yea exactly no one can and guess what they wont be wining anytime soon either esp not with that group of *******.

I especially like the part where Therrien had the gall to call the Flyers on their suspensions after his enforcer intentionally tried to take out Biron after Crosby pulled her little stunt.

Didn't you hear the Philly crowd chanting "Crosby Rocks"? That is what they were saying right? Not sure but I'm afraid I smell a Moore/Bertuzzi fiasco brewing.

It won't happen, since the league has warned Holmgren if another Flyers suspension happens. Did you see the short interview he gave on VS. and they asked him about it? "We are happy the league didn't lump the suspensions together" or something to that effect. I wonder what he really wanted to say, lol.

It's one of the unwritten rules of the NHL that you don't go after the big stars, because they're the ones who put bums in seats.
