You'll be fine.
Change to a fresh one before you get in the water, and change after you get out the final time.
It won't come out. It can't go in any further than it usually does for you.
Take it easy while swimming.
The water will slow down your period, so it won't leak.
Change it if you feel you need to.

Tuck the string inside you, and there shouldn't be any leakage. The tampon will stay in place. Just change it after you're done swimming. Exercising during your period is a good idea. There are special tampons made for women taking part in sports, but I'm not sure they're necessary.

Sit in the tub with a tampon in and test it on your heaviest day, that way you won't be so nervous to try it at the pool. Also test how long you can wait out of the pool (tub) before you have to change it. Happy swimming! Exercise is great for you when you have your period.

i swam competitively for 11 years. meaning everyday, sometimes twice a day, 11 and a half months a year. you can absolutely wear a tampon. it won't go anywhere, and you will not leak. after a few hours of wearing it, check to see if you should change it, but you can absolutely wear one while you swim.

You should be just fine, just put a new one in before you get into the pool. You will beable to feel if you ned to change your tampon, just take it a little easier when you are swimming.

You'll be fine.
If it does leak out, change them more often or use a higher absorbency.

It won't come out. It's very safe. Your period naturally stops when you get into water and you shouldn't leak as long as you change it regularly
