I walked in and a dad and his son that looked 3 years old where in there. The dad asked his son if he wanted to unzip daddy's zipper and un button his pants. What do you think of that?

I think the dad should've been confronted and the police called. They probably wouldn't have done anything though, because the father didn't actually do anything illegal. It's too bad the child has to be abused before anything will be done about it.
