imao - is a text word short for 'in my arrogant/awesome opinion'.

it is used along with imho, which is 'in my honest/humble opinion'

Often these words are used in MSN or similar online conversations! Most people have to ask or look them up if they are not using them all the time!

I think someone typed lmao and you misinterpreted the first character to be a capital i rather than a lower case L - lmao or LMAO is "laughing my a s s off".
