um...Fruit of the genus Musa (family Musaceae), a gigantic herbaceous plant spread by rhizomes, and one of the most important food crops of the world.
The banana is consumed extensively throughout the tropics, where it is grown, and is also valued in the temperate zone for its flavour, nutritional value, and constant availability. Hundreds of varieties are cultivated. Perhaps the most important species is the common banana, M. sapientum. The ripe fruit is high in carbohydrates (mainly sugar), potassium, and vitamins C and A, and it is low in protein and fat. Though usually eaten fresh, bananas may also be cooked. The U.S. imports more bananas than does any other country. See also plantain. Tall plant (Musa paradisiaca) of the banana family that is closely related to the common banana (M. sapientum).
Believed to have originated in Southeast Asia, the plantain grows 10–33 ft (3–10 m) tall and has a conical false “trunk” formed by the leaf sheaths of its spirally arranged, long, thin leaves. The green-coloured fruit is larger than that of the banana and contains more starch. Because the starch is maximal before the fruit ripens, the fruit is not eaten raw but is boiled or fried, often with coconut juice or sugar as flavouring. It may also be dried for later use in cooking or ground for use as meal, which can be further refined to a flour. The plantain is a staple food and beer-making crop for East African peoples and is also eaten in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Yep. I've seen answers that were soooo long I didn't even bother to read past the first line. But sometimes when a person takes the time to do all that I have to give it to them just for fortitude. Better them doing it than me!!!
Plus, they must really be lonely people to have the time to do that much typing. Apparently Y Q&A is their life!!!

well actually, i never really went by exactly the lenght of the answer. i think what i look for is the detail, and or the answer i want to hear. i mean its nice that people take the time to research, and answer in length, but it doesnt matter. now if all this stupid typing is going to only waste my time, then, oh well, i was bored anyway, but if its going to be a contender...yay! but i bet someone else is probably going to type more than me, thats the story of my life, day late dollar short. anyway, i'm over it bye.

When I worked nights it was in a OB newborn nursery and there was always someone crying. That was easy to remedy, and I loved it.....The moms were down the hall in labor yelling, not my problem. Yeah, just doop them off. Working that midnight shift doing anything will make your brain sizzle. You can do it baby, just hang up the phone and laugh your @zz off at them and know you did a good job and you will feel good.

No because if you can't sum up your answer with 2-6 sentences, then it's not worth looking at.
