There's bound to be a computer repair lady/man in your area. If you can't use your computer to get online to speak with the manufacturer with YOUR computer, then mosey on over to your friendly local library and use THEIR computer and have a chat with the computer manufacturer (or at least, find out the phone number of the support folks).

BE PREPARED with the serial number, exact model number, and all those numbers!! Every danged number you can finger you can find, related to your computer, because you can rest assured they'll want it! Then, they'll either lead you to the best nearby repair or they'll give you a way to ship the thing for repair!

I would try and warm it up with a hair drier if it's still wet, Otherwise its pretty impossible to replace them without taking a high risk in damaging your notebook :)
