That is one 3x3 matrix.
Are you trying to multiply a matrix by itself?

A matrix is a grid. Think of Excel spread sheet.

...0 1 2
0 4,-2,5
1 5, 2,0
2 2, 0,4

you access the row first then the column

So -2 is [0][1]
2 is [1][1] or [2][0]
