I believe so, but mostly b/c of their "mothering" nature (rather than lack of intelligence) in an attempt to save feelings rather than men, who most often attempt to get directly to the point regardless of such feelings.
Women, on the other hand, do tend to do practice and concentrate more on social lives and thus often have more skills at this, however, which means at times women do a much more thorough job covering up their lies (say, at cheating) than men...they are masters of getting friends to cover for them and removing all evidence.
So, in short, I also agree with the above answerer Shamira on that account.

Sounds mean but women who are independent, ambitious and intelligent can also be.....irrational, possessive and emotionally unstable. Emotions can really change a person and also people are made up of multiple good and bad traits. Should couldve had a Ph.D with her own house car ect doesnt make her immune to emotions
