On a flat surface... spin the egg... then grab and stop it mid spin... then let go again... If the egg is raw the egg will start to spin again due to the fact that the raw egg inside is still spinning causing the whole egg to respin... a cooked egg will stop spinning and won't restart... good luck with the graph...

Spin the egg real fast then just stop it.Due to centrifugal forces still present in the egg,it will continue to spin if it is still runny.Repeat this experiment,the longer the egg continues to spin after it has been stopped,the runnier it is inside.

Try to turn it.
If it stops quickly, it has not been hard boiled (the inside is still liquid), otherwise, it has (the inside has solidified).
