I find most people are nice, especially if I'm nice to them!
However, there are a few people out there who just like to be cranky and hard to get along with.

Well, I think they try to be nice. Look at what happens when we hear about a tragedy or a disaster. Most try to help in some way.
But everyone has their own level of patience and how far they are willing to be taken advantage of.
