....they said they would send: a 52 page manual, needle-nosed pliers, a box cutter, a bandaid and 1/2 pint of whiskey. They said I could keep or drink the whiskey but I had to return everything else in 72 hours. Do you have a better company?

No, I think Aetna would do the same thing. I'm lucky they are helping to cure my cancer.

Mine is a little better. At least they send you to JiffyLube for a tonsillectomy. They're really quick and there's hardly any blood at all.

I have no problem with my insurance. They never say no and they just pay for everything, no questions asked.
