You can bike ride, walk, run (if you have been up to this point), swim, pregnancy yoga. Any of these exercises are good to do up until they are uncomfortable for you. Any exercise that has a low level of abdominal stress is good. Avoid anything where you could be off balance and risk falling.

You can do just about anything. The doctor will tell you just to listen to your body. What they mean is if it starts to hurt stop doing it. I know a girl that played baseball well into her seventh month. I myself ran track well into my sixth month.

Whatever you were doing before, minus the heavy lifting and crunches.

Walking, stationary bike, swimming, all those are excellent. But nothing, or not any harder, than you did before.
