Bra please!
Over the years gravity will take its toll. Give 'em the support they deserve. Besides, pokies should NOT be seen in public. Also, for general office/public use, bras should match the skin tone (or the color of the top or dress). Save the stand-out colors for special nights.
When you're at home, lounging on the sofa, lying in bed, etc., sans bra is perfectly fine, even desirable.
As for outfits and occasions, today there are a plethora of bra styles available. There are full coverage, "demi", push-up, backless, strapless, stick-on, convertible, nursing, open cup, chopper bar shelf bras, under wire, wireless, sports, bustiers, minimizers, etc. There is a bra style at the store or online available for virtually any outfit or occasion. Unfortunately for those ladies who are more endowed, there are certain styles which are either not available, harder to find, or notably more expensive. Shop around.
Ladies, take good care of what God gave you, and they'll hold up better as you depart further and further away from the year in which you were born. Overweight men, please tame those things and join a gym (diets don't work over the long run).

Depending on the form of the breasts... Nice and perky should go braless, but if there is a situation where her breasts are as saggy as can be I'd prefer them bra'ed.
