I am applying to doctoral programs in I/O Psychology. Is it completely innappropriate to include a small picture tacked onto my application? I don't know if this would be helpful in the reviewers putting a face to the name, or if it would come off as juvenile or conceited. Thanks in advance!

In some area it might cause rejection of application before reading.
The screeners might be required to reject any application that could lead to human rights claims.

Clear writing and recommendations from people you know. Past teachers, pastor and stuff like that should help more.
Only include whats required for that application.

I wouldn't include a photo. They make the decision based on the information in your application.

Don't do it unless they ask for one.
