I would ask that you are always easy on my eggs... Since they like to give me such trouble...
BTW, nice elf hat.

Eggs over easy doesn't have an opposite. It's a compromise between "Sunny Side Up" and "Hard Fried," where you turn the eggs over as in "Over Easy," but keep frying them until the yolk hardens,

I believe it's cooking the eggs hard. I forgot the proper term, but it's when they are cooked almost to the point where the yolk has completely dried out.
Some people will tell you, you know, those that eat them that way.
Me? I like my eggs medium and sunny side up.

It depends, for some people it's hard and some people find it easy. Like i'm a native english speaker and i think spanish is super easy because i grew up with puerto ricans and heard spanish all my life so i'm used to it. But most of my hispanic friends that learned spanish first, think english is hard. It really all just depends on the person.
