I am an independent (non-aligned) voter and I will not vote for Richardson because he wants to divert water from the Great Lakes to New Mexico.
I will not vote for Hillary because she is untrustworthy & the newest neo-con.
I will not vote for Giuliani because I learned too much about him when he was Mayor of NY, NY.
Huckabee: A definite No because the last thing the US needs is a fundamentalist preacher in the Oval Office.
Willard Romney: Doesn't stand a chance as the evangelical Christians will do him in because of his faith.

Yes, incompetence.
I don't think it's a good idea to ever vote for a candidate based on one issue.
Right now, I think the most important issue is who will handle our foreign policy best. Not just Iraq, but everywhere. It's not just about "get our troops home." It's about securing the US, opening markets for trade and forging the right partnerships.
I fear this election. Obama - what has he really done? Hillbilly - she does bring her husband, but she's a bloody socialist. Giuliani - great job in NYC, but is he really ready to take on the global arena? Romney - some past issues that bother me. Huckabee - I'm actually warming to him. He's a pretty in the middle guy and not in a bad way....
Anyway, just look at all the issues. If you withhold your vote on one issue, you may give up several issues with another candidate.

As of right now I don't have a favorite party or candidate. They all bring different things to the table. The thing that's holding me back from picking though is that in the end they will all probably turn out to be liars once they're in office!

Thompson - I have serious concerns about his overall health
Romney - Right now I think he's my guy
Huckabee - His record as governor in Arkansas is a bit of a concern with regard to crime, illegals.
McCain - He seems to "programmed"
Paul - I know first hand what he is, says, and does and I don't want anything more to do with him as President OR as my representative here in Texas
Now if I were a Democrat:
Edwards - He's too "slick" and I worry about his wife's cancer and how it will affect him over the long haul
Obama - Right now, he's my pick
Clinton - I just can't take her Attila The Hun personality
None of the rest of the pack(s) do anything for me one way or another. They are just non-candidates to me.

Yes. Barack Obama because he is the most liberal candidate in the field and has never run a business or been in the executive branch of government. The thought of him as commander in chief make me very nervous. He has virtually no experience in foreign policy.

of direction. there's a lots greater effective appropriate distinction between the Democratic applicants and McCain than there is between Clinton and Obama. The accusations against Obama are ridiculous distractions. If he scratches his face, they are putting forward he's using a secret language. i do no longer care approximately flag pins and that i via no skill heard of them interior the previous Obama have been given quizzed approximately his.

I wouldn't vote for a candidate that is tied in with the CFR the Trilateral Commission or the Bilderbergers. These candidates become puppets to those who are responsible for putting them in power and keep them on a tight leash when they get in power. These power elite groups are the military-industrial complex that President Eisenhower warned us about in the 50's. Since only one candidate is not tied in with them, that's the one I'll vote for. Ron Paul.

yes, I have the same problem with all of them. They are politicians.
We need business man like Bloomberg to run for president. He already got the money, so he's not going to make deals to fill his bank balance, instead he'll do something for the country.

yes and the response I have applies to all the candidates:
I am tired of them saying what we want to hear and not telling the truth.
I am tired of all the mud slinging...get real it isn't a contest of who can come out of the mud fight the cleanest...he who does most likely cheated anyway.
