Definitely not! THC is against to sell in the states. Its the substance that alters your mind in weed.
All the chemicals in the coal and tobacco causes you to get light headed. Also, the excess amount of smoke is also a factor to that effect.
So the answer to your question is NO.

shishra, or hookah smoking, is nothing but tobacco mixed with a flavored jelly.
however, if whoever you were smoking with desided to put something that wasn't meant to be in there, then there may be THC in it.
