oooh, tough one ... I'd say watching a loved one cry with a broken heart.
because if it's just me, I can deal with it, but if it's someone I love, and there's nothing I can do about it, then it just breaks my heart anyways.
so I guess one broken heart is better than two ...

Watching a loved one cry with a broken heart. I hate to see anyone in pain. I know that I can handle the pain in time. I worry about my loved ones more.
