It's normal.
In laymen's terms, when cold, oil is thick.
As it warms up, it thins out, flowing better/easier.

oil losses viscosity when it get hot this is normal might want to put a oil additive in like cd2 it will help if it has a lot of miles warn internal parts will do this also

maybe you rev up the moment you start the engine, if you do its best if you let the oil circulate first
