how much $$ should i pay my referals.?

I earn $120 per refferal. How much should I give them? Commission.

The question is, how much is fair? How much work goes into their end? How much effort does it take? Have you promised anything to them for the referral?

Usually, in such cases approx 5-10% is fair.

i would give them 20% so it be worth their while to keep doing it!!!
