Perfer a good homecook meal, but since it's only me at home 1/2 the time (children gone, my sweetie on the road), I just pick up something on the way in.

Home made meal ... by myself. I hate eating in public and that means in front of anyone ... including family.

If I had to choose one forever, it would have to be home made. But I do like to go out, just not all the time.

I like the 4 hours that my food stays in, and after that the going out process can get quite crappy.

I use to love take a ways untill I ballooned up.So now i cook my own food & am 3 stone lighter.lol
