That's certainly not a biological question, but a philosophical and theological one.

One biological response, though, might be "to pass your genes on to the next generation," but that's certainly, for most people, not a very satisfying answer.

Other non-biological responses might "to do good", or "to contribute to society", or simply "to be."

To contribute, to learn, to worship our creator, to love, and be loved, to birth the next gereration,
everyone who has ever existed was created for a purpose. Some are born knowing what there purpose is. Some take some time to find out. and others refuse to even learn what theirs is because they get caught up in the world and lose track of their purpose. Understanding God is far beyond our comprehension. It would be wrong to even try. We exist because he breathed us into existence. It is the truth weather those of you don't want to believe it or not. It is. you don't have to like or even accept it. That's why we have free will. It's not something that has to be forced on us. God doesn't want those who are unbelievers. but there will come a day you will see the truth, but by then it will be too late. The Lord creates us for his purpose, but he also gives us freewill so we have a way home. There is a saying, if you love something then let it go. if it comes back it will stay with you forever. I believe god is the same way. He loves us enough to let us go out into the world with free will in hand. And the ones that truly love him come back and stay with him in the kingdom of heaven forever, Its beautiful and perfect in every way. We exist because he wants us to. but only for a little while so don't take any day for granted. love live laugh and worship while you can. because not a one of us is promised tomorrow.... God bless

God created Adam And Eve. He told them to multiply the earth with children, and so that's the beginning of our lively hood. We all have a call on our lives for our existence that God has gave us, whether we use it or not, its our choice. I always felt like if your born once, you will die twice, if your born twice you die once, meaning that if you live your life in a sinful nature you are dead in Christ, so when you die you will have a second death eternally bound with Satan.
If you surrender your heart to Jesus you are Born Again,
and when you die your spirit leaves your body and you have eternal life with the Father.
