I work 8 hours a day - 5 days a week- plus being a single mom to an active 10 year old daughter, bowl, bike, tennis, movies, daughter and I put puzzles together and play board games, shop, cook and clean house. About twice a month I go out with a friend to a concert, play or dinner. No clubs, I don't like all the smoke. I call my mom once a week and talk at least an hour each time too.

Take my 18 month old dog out 6 times a day (I live in a flat in London), visit the nearby park with a friend whose dog is very old and not expected to live much longer, which is the same position I was in 2 years ago. Watch some TV (not alot) and use my new DS Lite with 3 brain games which is an early Christmas present from my two sons (Brilliant!). On the computer I make Birthday/Christmas cards etc. for the personal touch. I read alot in the evenings. BTW I am 64,

I am either at work, doing something with my parents, doing something with my daughter, cleaning house, or watching TV. Some where in all that, I am eating, cooking, or sleeping. This is just for the winter months. Summer and spring is a different thing. There is more to do, like mowing and weed eating, oh I don't want to get into all that. Have enough to do now as soon as this storm is over and done with. All those limbs and trees to get cut up and get rid of.

Yesterday I had a hissy fit because I couldn't twist the grape vines I'd pulled into this year's wreath for the door. Just one of those days.
Then clamored up into the attic to see what kind of mischief I could get into in the guise of cleaning and straightening. The mischief came when I knocked the cover off the smoke detector and couldn't get it to seat correctly when I tried to put it back on. It now looks like an old lady at church with her hat on crooked.
Today is yet young. Who knows what I can get up to while the sun still shines.

Why try to fix something that is not broken? You should have simply done nothing. Turning it off abruptly might corrupt some files if they are written to at that moment, but only when you notice odd behaviour should you perform a system restore.

I do needlepoint and, during the past year, I've learned how to hook rugs and seat cushions. I do volunteer work at our church and participate in group events there through our Ladies Aid organization. When it's not winter, I garden and spend time outdoors. Sometimes I go fishing with my hubby and spend time on the river. In the fall, I spend alot of time canning vegtables from the garden. I play cards and go bowling with friends. And, of course, I love spending time with my children and grandkids. Now that winter has set in here, I probably spend more time on the computer than normal.

I live with Daughter and 17 year old grand daughter. While they are at work and school I clean, cook, do laundry, the same things I did years ago as a wife and mom. When time allows, I read a lot and sew, if "uncle Arthur" is behaving, I like to cross stitch
