The good schools that are in NYC (Columbia, NYU, Forfham) don't offer undergraduate aeronautical engineering? Columbia has other engineering programs.

The better schools in NJ (Rutgers, Princeton) don't offer it either. I think you have to go north to Troy, NY and study at RPI (Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute) -- or up to the Boston area (MIT).
