When you go to type in the google search it brings up every previous search that has been done, how do I clear this?

go to tool----->clear private data

or

for older version

tool ---> option -----> privacy ---> u can find there option --clear private data


for linux based --->


edit-----> preferences ----> privacy

Open Firefox and click "Tools" and "Options". In the "Options" window, click the "Privacy" tab. Remove the check from "Remember visited pages for..... You can also set the number of days that you wish Firefox to remember your surfing history.

Your previous answers will do the job but if you really want to get rid of all the trash / temporary files etc, download and run CCleaner it's free and it's a great job for getting rid of all the junk and getting the registry back in order. get it below and the best of luck.
