I think termites will destroy your house. However, roaches can't be good. Roaches are disgusting, and I don't think you actually see termites. I am going to say termites since I rent. If I owned I don't think I would want termites, but I don't ever want roaches. This is a tough question.

Neither, but I have developed a phobia of roaches over the years so if I had to choose I'd rather have the termites.

i think i would rather have roaches if i absolutely had to choose because termites eat the wood and can weaken the integrity and strength of a structure. Getting rid of them and repairing the damage is a lot more costly than getting rid of roaches.

roaches of course...Termites do so much damage to a house and the damage is expensive to repair. Termite removal is costly also.
Too get rid of roaches,I just have to do myself....

If you had to pick one over the other I guess it would be the roaches , unless you lived in a metal or plastic house you wouldn't pick the termites :))

Neither, but if I had to choose.. I would choose Roaches.. You may be able to see them running around and such, but atleast they are not eating your home from the inside out.. It costs far less to exterminate roaches, compared to exterminating termites and replacing parts of your home as well..

Wow. I can't believe how many people picked termites. THEY DESTROY YOUR HOUSE!! That's like saying you'd choose to eat arsenic instead of bologna. I'm going with the roaches.

Because I would puke every time I saw a roach in my house.
And termites are easier to get rid of.
