It's always the same with every pregnancy, not only the first... you can either have him before the due date, on due date, or late
Only God knows;)

The majority of women give birth between 38 and 42 weeks. A Harvard study done some years ago found that it is more common for 1st time moms to give birth 1 week after their due date. I had my baby 3 days before my due date.

Its the same as with any pregnancy first time or not. A baby can come at any time. But is considered full term from 38 weeks to 42 weeks.

I've always heard there is a higher possibility of carrying the baby longer with the first pregnancy. This was true for us, too. But it honestly could happen at any time.

Usually first time pregnancies come late. But God will bring the baby into this world when HE wants the baby to come. Good Luck!
