I'm thinking of returning to university to study Physiotherapy on a 2 year accelerated course. At 26, am I too old to do this?

absolutely not!!!
i was 28 when i began my university career. i had to do a foundation year, then my 3 year degree.
at the beginning of the foundation tear i had to have a major operation, first year of my degree i had another major operation. i had to take a year out 6 weeks before the end of my second year due to my son being hit by a car (luckily he only suffered bumps and scratches but had difficulties at school blah blah blah).
anyhow i am halfway through my final year and am very much looking forward to graduation and a well paid career!
go for it, you're never too old some of my peers were in their sixties!!
good luck!

Absolutely not you will be able to put more into your studies by life experience and the ablilty to relate to things outside of Uni and school so you have a great chance to get a real buzz from your studies. Think of the break as a gap year + and you are already well ahead.
Best of luck.

I completed my last Professional College Course, also a 2-year one, when I was 40/41, so you are still "wet behind the ears" in comparison. I worked in the job for which this qualified me for a further 18 years.
Go for it - best of luck.

You never stop learning. An old lady at the age of 82 went on a computer course and really enjoyed it. She intended to carry on but her eye sight failed her and had to give it up recently. She was more upset about giving up the computer lessons than anything else. It's never too late to learn.
