Those who depend on this income would go out of business as would their suppliers and so on .
In the end, only the farmers would be left because they have the land and they control the food. So if oyu want to eat, best you pay your bills.
By the way, what if they all stopped paying wages.

Hillary would blame it on Wall Street and call for some kind of legislation to have your bills paid by someone who is paying their bills.

we would all be assembled and gathered together by F.E.M.A., seperated into groups of those who owed utility, car payments, mortgage, credit card ect...!!!
we would be locked into the concentration camps that are being built across the country!!!
then after 30 days of 24/7 of listening to Richard Simmons Sweating To The Oldies blasted full blast over the loudspeakers the National Guard would be brought in, and one by one we would be given a sever spanking!!!

Businesses would shut down and everything would become pre-paid... your electricity... rent... car payments, we would all be paying for the future, credit cards obsolete....
