Do you still hang a Christmas stocking up on Christmas Eve ?

My brothers and I still leave stockings on the floor by the fireplace on Christmas Eve....even though my younger brother is almost 28 years old! In recent years, we have also worked on putting stockings together for our parents with a few small things in them. It is all part of the magic of Christmas Eve!

Yes! I hang stockings for the whole family. On Christmas Eve while everyone is asleep I fill them with candy and small gifts (batteries, razors, toy cars, gift cards, comics) and personal items like soaps or body wash. I've done this for years and now that the kids are adults they still look forward to this tradition. I have to mail them to the ones who live out of town.
We give gifts, too.

Every single year. There has been nothing found in mine since 1995. The kids however are on a good streak and have yet to be disappointed.

No the kids are all grown now, so really there is no sense in it.. besides it isn't like santa would put anything in there for me.. He doesn't even like bringing me gifts as it is, so he certainly wouldn't think of me enough to give me a socking stuffer..

I do for my nieces and nephews. I still do stockings for everyone else, I just don't hang them up.
