Not at all. As an atheist, I assume you are not bound by any particular religious beliefs and thus can fashion any festival that you wish to suit your purposes.

And let's face it, most religious festivals are mostly religious in name only.

No. Being with family and friends and exchanging gifts everyone should enjoy. In my opinion a hypocrite is a Christian who puts exchanging gifts etc. before giving honor and glory to our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus is the reason for the season.

No. You probably enjoy the good spirits, the warmth and sharing, kind thoughts toward others. The way people go out of their way to be good to each other this time of year, showing more consideration for each other, families and friends spending more time together, etc.
Nothing religious about that.
