Which Vegas hotels (strip or downtown) have free wifi?

If there aren't any with free wifi, which one's have low cost? Is the connection quality good?

i know main street station, downtown has free wifi... i think most hotels charge 10-12 dollars a day.. which seems like a rip off to me.. i always just find a free wifi spot
