Don't sweat it. My son has not cut a tooth yet, either (he's 7.25 months), but has been teething for months (teething actually starts in advance of the teeth errupting). Some babies get their teeth very, very early, and some do not cut a tooth until after a year.
Signs of teething:
- Drooling
- Gumming everything
- Fussiness
- Reluctance to eat or drink OR eating or drinking more (for some babies, sucking and chewing hurts more, and for others, the counter-pressure feels good)
- Sleeplessness
- Low grade fever
- Pulling or digging at ears (the pain from the jaw radiates to their ears)

He'll get teeth when his body produces the hormone that start the growth of the tooth buds. Each child is different.
He'll drool, and chew on things and be fussy and get the runs and maybe a low grade fever.
I didnt get teeth until I was over a year old. Some kids are born with them. Every baby is different, he's just fine.

Every child is different. Some babies don't get their first tooth until after they are one. My son started having symptoms of teething around four months and it took two months for that first tooth to poke through. He immediately cut the one next to it and now has gone nearly a month and a half without anything. However, he does have two places on his little gums that are swollen and seem to be bothering him.
Signs of teething:
He started chewing on EVERYTHING, drooling big time and became extremely fussy.

There is no set age for a baby to get teeth. My oldest didn't get her first tooth until she was almost a year old. Her younger sister got her first tooth at four months. Some babies are born with a tooth.

Heheh worries ya doesn't it? My niece went for 10 months without her first tooth and my sister wanted them to X-ray and make sure she was going to get teeth. Before the first appt she cut her first tooth. Patience mommy, her teeth will come when they are ready and not a minute sooner. Good Luck!

My daughter has been teething for months now, she is 9 months and her first tooth is just coming in now. I can see the point but it won't come through. So don't worry i think all babies are different.
