Is that a trick question? Of course, the budget is not going to get passed before the holiday break. All of congress is making so much money that they don't care about all of us small american people.

Congress has passed several budgets. They just keep getting vetoed by the Prez .

No, the leadership of both Houses are dragging their feet. They want to do nothing but investigations. This is not getting the people business done.
When I mean leadership, it is the leadership of both parties.
