With its arms( three on one side and two on the other side) it pulls apart the two shells of the bivalve so as to expose the soft part of the bivalve. Then the starfish brings out its stomach, and pours the digestive juice, and then after a while suck in the semi digested food along the the ejested stomach

yes they do. they have an oral disc ringed with sharp teeth called radula located in the middle of theor underside. they are bottom feeders and eat debris that has fallen on the ocean floor.some are cannibals like of the crown of thorn starfish who eat the other types of starfish.

They are carnivores. They pull open mollusks and invert their stomachs into the opening to digest it. Beware the starfish, dude.

I haven't heard that. But we are raping the sea of it's coral at a fast rate. So maybe they are turning to other food sourse.
