I'm 14, and I know that one girls breast is supposed to be bigger than her other but it seems like mine is WAY too big. It's not so noticeable but if you looked close enough you could see. And it's sort of discouraged me from wearing underwire bras with non-streatchy fabric. Because it just drives me nuts. So the only way I've been feeling comfortable has been with a sports bra. Is that normal?

Sure. I wear a sports bra. I think all other kinds are VERY uncomforatable. So, just wear a sports bra. Nobody should be looking at what kind of bra you are wearing. Be proud of the way God made you! Good Luck!!!

It is normal for one breat to be larger than the other. However, if it is abnormally larger than the other, you can think of breast augmentation surgery when your 18 (some Doc's will do it sooner, but prefer you be fully grown and mentally mature)

Breasts different sizes are normal.

Mine were very uneven until I got a reduction at age 32.

If it is very very noticeable you can get something done about it when you are older.
