Hmm..people say we learn things every minute of our life..if so then how bout in our sleep? do we learn anything in our sleep? If so what?

True, but not necessarily on a concious level . The body is constantly recreating itself anew(hence learning). even in your sleep. for example, the immune system is learning how to fight the latest 'bug' going around that you were recently exposed to; dreaming is your brain viewing(& learning) a new perspective on a reality(real or not)...even if you don't remember the dreams.

The process of sleeping is complex - sleep aids us in regeneration, registering of information taken in during the day and evacuation of stress (eg nightmares).

Remember that you might learn 20 things in a minute, but on average it comes out to "one thing a minute".

you can learn very important lessons in your dreams. like, if you did something wrong, it will eventually come back to haunt you.
