I just wanted to cry for her. She wanted to make the Coopers happy, but she destroyed her own principles and will not be able to live with herself.

I know. She just looked so devastated about what she had done, it made my heart hurt. That girl is going to be one powerful actress! Wonder how long she'll still be on soaps.

Different cities have different times of the year to vote. Here in Dallas, we do it in May.

Omg Noooo, I'm going to watch it right now, I wasn't able to watch it but I did DVR the....Ashlee is my favorite person in Springfield!

I'll be back to edit my answer :)

Oh wow...she turned into the very thing she despises the most, her mother. What she did is something Doris would and did do herself. I feel so bad for her too but I understand why she did it. Completely. She'll beat herself up so bad now, maybe even turning away from Coop...they're so good together.....Oh why O why Ashlee! LOL

And Ava....Ohhhhhhh, she makes me SOO mad...she got video of Ashlee and Einstein talking about what they did...and you just know this is going to come back and bite Ashlee.....Ava will hold it over her head bigtime.....Grrrrrr, she makes me sick! I hope Buzz gets to stay Mayor though....

I just love this show :)

Another edit:
I agree with the other two ladies that answered and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it all day long, since watching yesterdays show this morning! How sick is that? Its a soap for petes sake but the human dynamics are what is so interesting to me. That Ashlee did something that her mother would do, for the exact same reason - even though she hates that about her mother - that is just so intense. And for the Asker - she is such a powerful actress, I hope she sticks around GL for awhile but I forsee her moving onward as well. She has so much to give....which I'll be looking forward to whatever she does in the future.
:)

Yes, I really hate that Ashley has sank to that level, that she felt she must do some thing straight from the pages of her mother's hand book. I think she is better than that. What is Doris going to do when she finds out? You know she always goes for blood. Will she try to destroy Ashley?
Oh, and I like Ava. I don't want her to hurt Ashley, or come between her and Coop, but if you remember Ava has had it pretty ruff, too. She needs some thing positive in her life so she can stop obsessing over Coop.
One more thing. Are the citizens of Springfield crazy? How on earth did Doris beat Buzz so badly? Stay tuned.......

I feel bad that she had to do it. Doris deserves for her only relative to turn on her. She could care less about Ashlee, and thats why she did what she did. But in some screwed up way I think that Doris will be prowd that Ashlee could do something like that with out her help. I think Ava will threaten her and Coops feelings will be put to the test Ashlee will probably end up loosing Coop but if he agrees he might help her cover it up. Ava should stay with Bill I hope Olivia disowns her lol. Like mother like daughter Im sure you will hear that line in the future at Springfield.

She knew what she did was morally wrong, but she did it for the right reason. Her mother Doris is as crooked as they come and she doesn't deserve to be in any high powered position. I'm guessing that a recount will be demanded by Doris and it'll show that she was meant to be the winner all along. The only thing I was wondering though, is why they were voting in December.
