No way. I saved up and paid good money for this computer.
It's a Macbook I got from Apple Computer. I love it. I have always wanted a laptop and when I could afford one, I got this. It's one of the best and most useful purchases I ever made.
I know what you mean, though. Computers can be frustrating. If this one acts up, I take in to the Apple store.

No ! I'm with Iritadragon. I have been building and repairing them for 30+ years and unless they catch fire, they can be fixed.

I work in a computer department and I hear that often. Of course, people say the same thing about their TV's when they forget to re-plug in their cable. OR... they curse at a stop light when it turns red "Just for them."

It's just an inanimate object, folks. Chill and give me a call.

"If I can't fix it, it must not be broken."

I'm lucky like Pat, I ask my Son to fix it, I don't like Vista, slows things down I think, I have XP Professional, I have only been using a computer for last couple of years, and I don't know what I would do without it anymore as I'm not as mobile as I used to be

My PC at work and Yahoo don't like each other...and Yahoo sites keep freezing my PC up...then I have to close down without closing all windows....UGH!!

But my PC at home is great...it was built for me by a tekkie professional and so far so good...if it dies before I could buy a new one, I have a backup msntv system, still hooked up.

I cannot live without access to email and the internet...daggum shame isn't it?

BTW - hate Vista....I use XP Professional

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
I just wrote a long, extensive, not-so-nice letter to the company that manufactures my computer yesterday.
I also get weekly calls from my mom and I have to sit and talk her into not throwing her fist through the screen. Teaching her how to use a mouse and navigate the internet from 3,000 miles away can get a little frustrating

All the time, but I can't begin to afford a new one! Not long ago there was a computer throwing contest in a parking lot not far from here. How I would have loved to have participated! lol

Been there done that, try throwing a Game Cube out the window, 20 stories up. It still works to.

I've been playing around with computers since you had to type out punch cards to run them!!

No...I can honestly say that the only computers I ever wanted to throw out were the ones that died on me...some in quite a spectacular fashion with smoke and fire alarms blaring!! I always claimed that I could work any computer to death!! :)
