Under UK Law, if you were granted visiting rights of access to your child by a Judge that remains valid unless or until cancelled by a Judge. The parent has to comply with any such Judge's Order and so grant you access otherwise he or she could be held to be "in contempt" of Court and so be in a lot of trouble.

A court order does not cease to exist unless a date stating so is given. Take him/her back to court and show cause for a change.

Even tho what Wamibo says is true, it's very easy to make sure that parent does not get visitation.
