As a teen I had alot of friends who made fun of others, but i always stood up and said "Thats not very funny" does anybody else stand up for what's right?

You are doing right thing but u have to stop ur friends or leave this kind of friends. these kind of friend can also laugh on u some day.

Those poeple who discriminate people with disabillities never think that they can end up in the same situation..

It is only when it happens to them that they come to their sences.

The problem is that a lot of people dont think. They sometimes think that they are immortal of something like that without realising that anything can happen to them. They forget that they are in a real world where good or bad things can happen to ANYBODY at all.

So i agree with you 100% on the context and i stand up for whats right..

I think people who feel the need to degrade others are really having self-esteem issues with themselves. Ignorance is a part of it too.

Yes, I stand up for others when I feel people are not treating them right.

I think that that is really wrong sometimes maybe it is their fault for being what they are but others really cant help it and i like jokes but not jokes about things that some people cant change about themselves

They know it's socially acceptable and that they can get away with it without censure. But their comments are often *very* hurtful.

Because doing so makes them feel like their showing off their witt, and they are probably insecure about themselves.

That is why, don't even get my started on how wrong it is....

i wish i did stand up but at the time i was too immature to do so, i think it is wrong and hatefull

one major issue today.. no one is putting themselves in others' shoes.

One thing i might say about that..... you will know when you try or someone you live go through it.

well fat people brought it on themselves. but i think its immoral to say it about people born with an issue. but i dont care if they make fun of fat people.
