excellent question (as always)
yes, time is the most precious. i wish i would have known just how much fun i was having when i was younger. the older i get the less fun i seem to have.
as for words, as the saying goes, you can't unring a bell!!!!!
opportunity, however, can come around many times, depending on the situation!!!
