To the untrained ear and going by the video it seems to be but when listening hard, they never in the whole song said prostitution was illegal.

I listened to the song and saw the video and you are right.

I have noticed a lot of songs seem to be inspirational or good until you really pay close attention to what is said.
I think there will still be some who see it as inspirational and some will not. It will depend on how they look at it and what it means to them.

I think the begining of Akon verse kinda threw it off when he said "Pimpin is harder, cuz H**s got smarter" but to me its still in inspirational song. Waynes verse made it that more inspirational to me when he said "respect her, or pay her for the time used.".
